At Petnamesprout, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and returns policy below:

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description. To request a refund, please email us at hello@petnamesprout.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once your claim is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, production begins, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Exchanges

As each item is custom-made, we do not offer exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to discuss the issue.
